So, a while ago, I took a photo of a VERY sharp bush we have in front of our house.  This is that photo.

However, it's spring and this is the time for color in the desert!  Who knew such dangerous plants could be so beautiful!

Looks who's sitting up!!!  We're still a little bit tipsy so he needs a spotter, but he's doing really well.  I'm not sure if I should be excited or not.  He's my last baby and I just don't want him to grow up so fast!  Oh, but I love his smile!!!

He's so proud of himself! :)

We decided it was time for Grady to graduate into a larger car seat.  I'm starting to wish they made seats like this for me.  It looks sooooooo comfortable!

This time it was Aunt Irene's turn to be sung to!  Enjoy!

It's T-ball season!!!  Batter up!!!

Happy Birthday, Molly!  I can hardly believe my baby girl is 5 years old!  She's not old enough to be 5 years old!  Well, we have a super busy day so Molly got to start the day off by opening some presents!

Her Hello Kitty purse from Grandpa and Grammy.  (she got new shoes from them, too, but she's been using them already)

Her very first Lalaloopsy doll from Papa and Reen!

And what she's "always wanted!"

A "walking baby" from Mommy and Daddy.

All dolled up and ready for school!

I know this is a little bit of a pathetic post, but we had a busy day.  So all you get to see is the delightful swim suit we bought for Grady.  Yes, it's his first and I'm SOOOOOO excited to see him in it.

Molly had a friends birthday party to attend today.  The party was at the zoo and we had a blast.  Molly has made such wonderful friends here.  We'll be so sad to leave.

Molly and the birthday girl checking out the tortoise. (yes, Molly did have shorts on under that)

Here is Molly and her very first Best Friend!  They're going to miss each other so much!

Even Grady got some quality time with his latest girlfriend. :)

What an adorable bunch of kids!  And every one of them is such a sweetheart!

We're still working on getting Grady to hold his own bottle.  He's getting it.  Sort of.  Most of the time, if I just set the bottle in front of him, he thinks it's a toy.  It makes for a mess, but it keeps him busy and happy.

Since I drop Jackson off at school 45 minutes before I can take Molly to school, she and I often spend some quality time at one of our local coffee shops.  This particular morning, she was doing lots of loving on her baby brother.  It warms my heart to see her this way since she really wasn't too happy about having a baby brother instead of a baby sister.

Since Grady got his 6 month vaccines, he has had a pretty unpleasent nose.  This is also causing him to have a harder time sleeping.  Nights like this are rough.  He was up about every two hours.  It's exhausting and I do look forward to the sleepless nights ending, but I also look at Jackson and Molly and remember just how quickly time goes by.  Sure, I'm exhausted and just want to sleep for 24 hours straight, but I also want to soak it all in.  Jason and I have agreed that we don't really remember Molly as a baby.  So much was going on with Jason being gone for a month and then moving from Massachusetts to Ohio.  We missed something.  Now it's happening again with our upcoming move to Colorado.  I don't want to miss anything.  So, if that means sitting back and doing my best to enjoy holding my baby boy at 2am night after night?  So be it.  Yes, I'll be cranky and frustrated, but I hope I don't forget to sit back, relax, soak it all in, and enjoy these fleeting moments.  He needs me and I need these times together.

So, on Wednesday, I didn't actually take any photos.  However, I do have a delightful video of Jackson and Molly singing Happy Birthday to Grandma!  Enjoy!

Sometimes, I like to take cellphone picks of Grady and text them to Jason so he see's what he's missing out on at work. :)  Mean?  Maybe.  He's the most recent one I sent.

Play ball!!!  Well, practice at least!  We haven't had a t-ball game yet, but we're certainly enjoying practices.

Doing his "hurray!  I'm about to bat!" dance. :)

Jackson is such a wonderful helper with Grady.  He's crazy about his little brother!  He has often helped by holding Grady's bottle for him, but now he's branching out and has started feeding Grady his food.  Let me tell you!  This mommy couldn't be happier about this!  I love hearing "Open the garage, Grady.  Here comes the car!"  :)  As far as I know, he made that one up himself.

No matter how hard a try to avoid it, my kids always discover when the carnival is in town (which is far more often than our checking account would like).  Who can say "no" to the sight of their adorable little faces lighting up at the sight of a ferris wheel or the taste of cotton candy?  Not me, that's for sure!  Or maybe it's simply that I love cotton candy just as much as they do.  :)  Either way, the carnival won and we had a blast.
